This modern City Apartment is situated minutes from the world famous Albert Dock. Next to the Echo Arena or LCC (Liverpool Conference Centre). Ideal for people visiting Liverpool for business or pleasure who are wanting to enjoy the city without expense of hotels. This apartment has two bedrooms - 1 Single, 1 Double. There is also a sofa bed in the living room so the property can accommodate up to 5 people. Please note that this is not a large property so is ideal for 2 - 4 people. The kitchen benefits from Oven, Hob, Fridge, Washing / Dryer, Microwave, Kettle and Toaster. There is also an additional drinks cooler in the living room. You can enjoy digital TV in the Living Room on a 42" Plasma as well as broadband WIFI Internet throughtout the property if requested and available.

Well-equipped with plenty of towels, cleaning agents, kitchen roll, toilet tissue, waste sacks etc. A further dishtowel or two would have been handy. All in all, delighted with flat!"
