Sussex apartment rental details

Central Sea View Apartment
Newly refurbished 1 bed apartment in central Brighton area with sea view. Situated on the 2nd floor, this bright apartment has lovely oblique sea views. With one double room and a double sofa-bed in the lounge this property comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The second sofa also opens out to a single bed this property can sleep up to 5 if you like it cosy. The lounge has a 2 comfortable sofas and plasma TV with coffee table. The dining area in the window has a round glass table with high back chairs, perfect for a romantic evening in! The kitchen is newly fitted and is open plan to the lounge, accessed via an archway. This adds character to the room and allows socialising while cooking. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, as you can see from the photographs the room is light and airey and has a huge fitted mirrored wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. The bathroom is a modern clean white suite with shower above the bath. St Annes Court is Apt 1 is on the 2nd floor. There is a lift in the building but it can be temperamental, so please be prepared to use the stairs. We cannot be held responsible if the lift is out of order for any reason.

Kemptown Location
St Annes Court is located on Burlington Street in the heart of Kemptown. Once on the doorstep the sea is 2 minutes to your left or Kemptown Village is 2 minutes to your right. On the seafront you will find the usual fish & chips, crazy golf etc, plus the recent addition of a beach volleyball court. Kemptown Village is buzzing with a range of independant retailers and cafes. Plus of course a good selection of restaurants and pubs. You are close to a co-op supermarket to pick up your bacon and eggs. The Pier is 10-15 minutes stroll along the seafront . The marina is about 20 minutes stroll in the other direction with a selection of shops and eateries. You could not ask for a better location!
