St Austell Four bedroom detached house between Shanklin and Sandown
St Austell is situated on the outskirts of Lake between Sandown and Shanklin. This four bedroom detached house is within walking distance of beautiful sandy beaches and clifftop walks. The house has a large garden and 12ft splash pool, and is popular with larger families.

The main lounge area has 2 x 3 seater sofas, leading through to the sun lounge where there is further seating for four. Freeview is available in the lounge. The dining area has table and chairs for six and also a 2 x seater sofa. There is a large cot in the main bedroom. A stair gate and high chair are also provided. Fans are also provided for the warmer weather. Outside there is a patio set,barbeque,benches and sun loungers, and a12 foot splash pool. Duvets and pillows are provided, you will need to bring your own linen and towels or the bed linen can be hired when you book and be ready on the beds for your arrival.

There were plenty of games and toys for the children to play with - my son was especially fond of the football table! The kitchen is well appointed and has all the amenities you could wish for. and the conservatory and garden are beautiful. All in all we could not have asked for a more welcoming and comfortable place to stay. Fantastic!"
