Sussex apartment rental details

The New Steine
2 Bed sleeps up to 7. Great Kemptown location moments from the beach. Sea Views from Bedroom & Lounge. The large living room has a comfortable 2 seater sofa and a 4 seater sofa which easily converts to a bed at night. From the bay window seat you can see across New Steine Gardens across to the sea, or you can do some great people watching looking down onto quirky St James Street. The feature fireplace is accented with beach house trinkets. The main dining table is in the lounge and seats 6. The Kitchen is well equipped with washer/drier microwave etc. The light coloured kitchen units are beautifully contrasted by the dark work surfaces and charcoal floor tiles. There is a breakfast table in the kitchen seating 2. The bathroom houses a bath with shower above and a hand basin. The lavatory is separate to the main bathroom, which is useful when groups are getting ready to go out. Upstairs are the two double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a single sofa-bed. It is spacious with New England style furniture and lovely feature wallpaper. The second bedroom has a double bed with sloping ceiling and from the window you can watch the sun setting over the rooftops of Brighton. Both bedrooms have brand new double glazing, which means you can still get a good nights sleep even in this great central location!

Business or Pleasure
The New Steine has proved very popular with many different types of groups. Obviously its size and location have played a major part in the success of this holiday home. Business & leisure guests alike have made use of the fully operational PC with free broadband in the living room. This can be used for work, to keep in touch with home, or find out up to date events and listings. Of course if you choose to bring your own laptop you can still take advantage of the free wifi. Aswell as the plasma TV, dvd player and sky TV, The New Steine also boasts a Playstation 2 with lots of different games including fabulous **singstar** karaoke. Perfect for a bit of fun before heading out on the town! Due to the number of stairs this property may not be suitable for the elderly or small children. There are also stairs within the property with no child safety gates.

Parking
On street parking vouchers can be purchased at the time of booking for £5 per day. These are limited to one car per booking and will be given to you on arrival. There is a car park a few minutes away for around £10 per 24 hour period.
