Sussex room/studio rental details

Eaton Place Studio
The Eaton Place studio is located just off the Brighton seafront up a pretty tree lined road. It is a 2 minute walk across the road to the promenade and beach. There is a bus stop just outside, a few minutes on the bus will bring you to the city centre. If you prefer a stroll, a 15 minute walk to the left takes you to the Brighton Marina with its wealth of designer discount shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, casino, cinema and bowling complex and David Lloyd Centre. 20 minutes stroll to the right brings you to the famous Brighton Pier which is a short walk from the popular conference centres. This property is on the edge of Kemp Town ensuring it is quiet yet just a few minutes walk from all the trendy bars, clubs and restaurants down St James Street. A few minutes on the bus would take you to Brighton Shopping Centre in Churchill Square and not forgetting the famous Brighton Lanes positively bustling on a Saturday morning.

Everyday Living
A supermarket is situated a few minutes walk away as well as one at Brighton Marina. If you are travelling by car you can leave it two or three streets away outside of the parking restrictions free of charge. Otherwise Pay & Display along the road. Buses run along the seafront every 7 minutes 24 hours and weekly tickets can be obtained. Takes 5 minutes on bus to Pier.

New Photos coming soon *** Recently refurbished this generously proportioned studio apartment is complete with its own full-sized bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has bath and power shower and chrome towel rail ensuring your towels are always lovely and warm. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine. There is digital television. The studio has a regular double bed plus two sofas one of which is a double sofa bed and kitchen table and chairs. There are two built-in wardrobes and chest of drawers This studio is very sunny and warm but is backed up by a new gas central heating system just to ensure you are snug and cosy at all times.

A plus is the internet access which is inclusiv. I think the breakages disposit is a bit to much. we really enjoyed the stay in the studio and would always book it again.
