Spacious, bright house, newly renovated with three bathrooms and five bedrooms. Comfortably sleeps 14 people. Huge open-plan living area contains well equipped kitchen, 40 inch flat screen TV, Sky with movies and sports, utility room and cloakroom. There are sliding patio doors from here out onto the deck and garden all with fabulous sea views. The deck is a great place to sunbathe or to fire up the barbie. The property is furnished in a very modern style and there is free off-road parking.

Jennifer says: "We booked it for a chilled hen do weekend and the place was lovely. The pictures on the site made the property look decent but it was much nicer in person..... a really lovely place to hang for two days (and thank god it was because it rained the whole weekend in Brighton!). Everyone was really pleased with house and the little extra touches made it so welcoming - the chocolates and bucks fizz! Emails from City pad were a little slow in responding but still they responded nethertheless! The lighting was very nice too... thank you so much! I would definitely recommend and use this company again. Once again, many thanks - well have great memories forever! x"
