Large, well-equipped kitchen with AGA range, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and seating for 12 people. (4 at kitchen table and 8 on bench seats)
Separate utility room with extra fridge/freezer plus dishwasher and washing machine and electric hob (For those who dont like the AGA!)
Double doors from kitchen through to large open-plan living room and dining area with very wide patio doors leading onto large terrace.
Living area will seat 12 people and has flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD, SKY with all channels and large selection of DVDs (loads of chick flicks for the hen parties!!). Dining table for 8 people extendable to 12.
Terrace: Dining seats for 16 people plus sun loungers. Electric sun awning (very Bournemouth!) and large charcoal BBQ, umbrellas, fountain. Fabulous uninterrupted sea views.
Garden is extremely large with lots of games for summer, boules, badminton, footie nets, kids swimming pool etc.
Wi-fi in the house and parking for at least eight cars on drive and on land at the bottom of the garden
