GENERAL
Sudeley Place is just off the seafront in the trendy Kemptown area of Brighton. Kemptown stretches from the Palace pier along the coast to the east and is packed with bars, cafes, restaurants and interesting independent retailers. If you’re feeling sporty there are beach volleyball courts (with sand!) on the seafront by the apartment, if you prefer to spectate they have a bar too. The beach is moments from your door. From there you can turn right and walk to the pier, pavilion, the lanes etc in ten minutes, or head east towards the marina to watch enviably as the rich and famous moor their yachts while you sample a margarita from one of the many waterside bars & restaurants. With all this and more all within a short stroll, whether your visit is for business or pleasure you would struggle not to enjoy yourself in this ideal holiday home.

The double bedroom is situated at the back which is perfect for light sleepers. The wardrober and chest of drawers provide ample space to leave your belongings. Wall mounted TV installed for those who love watching Tv in bed. The modern separate kitchen is fully equipped which is ideal for those who love to cook and decide to stay in for dinner. A door leads to the decked patio which is perfect for a barbeque and a glass of wine. A travel cot is available to rent for your baby.

Margaret says: "Flat was comfortable and spacious, but tended to be cold, so was glad to find central heating, which I used sparingly. One big problem was the front door key didnt work too well, added to which the door got very badly stuck. I had to rouse another tenant to help me open the door. In view of this, I left the flat the night before my flight, hence spending the night at Gatwick, rather than risk this recurring problem at 5am. Instructions for the use of the oven might have been helpful. "
