Situated in the vibrant Kemptown, this 2- bedroom house is a real gem! Spread over two floors, beautifully decorated with modern furnishing and fittings, the house is most suitable for families especially for those ones who come with children as a baby cot and a high chair are provided.

The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double,1 twin and a cot. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has television with video, dvd. The music system will play radio.

Karen says: "We booked up last minute for a few days break in Brighton to meet up with family living there. The house was lovely & in an ideal location for the sea & the town. The pub opposite was good & not noisy at night. We parked up by the park - 10 minutes walk but only £6 per day, It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The pictures on the website show the property off well. I would definately recommend it. For new holiday makers to Brigthon - dont forget that the seaguls like to wake up early in the morning, I suggest pack ear-plugs!"
